Glamour at Davenport House
When we met this beautiful couple it was very clear from their initial consultation that their styling ideas were eye-catching and were going to create a WOW factor.
The couple chose the luxurious Davenport House, Worfield (nr Bridgnorth) to showcase their wedding day. Period features and full of history this amazing venue sits beautifully in the landscape on the heritage estate.
The brief was whites and pearls, their favourite florals in their wish list were large headed open roses, white hydrangeas, phalaenopsis orchids and gypsophila.
Davenport House was decorated for Christmas which added the perfect backdrop. Floating candles and fairy lights made each room so much more magical and added more opulence.
Masses of crisp white florals adorned the hall and the gypsophila clouds created a perfect aisle to welcome the bride and her bridal party.
The bridal bouquet was a cascading handtie which is a combination of a posie and a teardrop bouquet. The cascading detail was created with the most elegant Phalaenopsis orchids nestled in a posie of large headed white roses and gypsophila.
It really was a "Show Stopper".
We really enjoyed styling this amazing wedding.
Our chair sashes finished the chairs with elegance and fresh rose petals edged the chairs with white gypsophila clouds down the aisle.
The civil ceremony room was absolutely breathtaking and the fragrance from all the fresh florals created a sensory overload.
The doorway and niches were designed to make a statement and yes, we definitely achieved that goal.
The split arch made of fresh florals framed this exquisite doorway perfectly. A statement piece that really made a difference to the room.
To compliment the doorway display we created oversized displays within the niches on Davenport Houses urns.
